These terms form an agreement between you and the operator of the CostChoices website. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You may not attempt to disrupt the service, probe for vulnerabilities beyond good-faith coordinated disclosure, scrape the site in a way that impairs availability, or misrepresent outputs as official statements from third-party platforms.
Not professional advice
Outputs are informational estimates based on editable assumptions. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Pricing, features, and promotions change; confirm everything on the provider before you purchase or rely on it for compliance.
Third-party services and affiliates
The site references and may link to independent vendors (for example, website builders and hosts). Those vendors set their own terms, pricing, and privacy practices. Some links may be affiliate links; see the Affiliate disclosure page for how that works.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THIRD-PARTY LINKS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify the operator against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of others' rights, except to the extent caused by the operator's willful misconduct.
Dispute resolution
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at hello@costchoices.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If informal resolution fails, any legal action will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, USA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction require a different forum.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country cannot be waived.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will revise the "Last updated" date when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
